CEL International Inc. was formed on December 6, 1999 by Crossey Engineering Ltd.   Crossey Engineering Ltd. is a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm that has been in existence since 1963.

We are dedicated in ensuring that buildings function efficiently – over the short and long-term – while working within the clients’ budgets, timetables and aesthetic visions.
